Koay Teow Soup @ Jalan Gajah Berang, Malacca

During the Chinese New Year season, everyone is looking forward to go back to their hometown to visit relatives and family members. I am born and bred in KL but both my mom and dad are from Malacca, as usual i will go back to their hometown to celebrate. This trip will be different as i will be going back to only for 2 days in Malacca and the following will be in Singapore. Hehe! I went to Malacca on the 2nd day of Chinese New Year and the traffic was good. No traffic jam at all!

During the festival season, every stalls are closed. Fortunately, the stall i used to eat since young is open. Hehe! This place is famous and only serve koay teow soup but now extended to nasi lemak dish. The koay teow is pronounced as "Hee Keow" in hokkien.

Hee Keow @ RM3.00
Nasi Lemak @ RM2.00

Nescafe @ RM1.30
This place have always been full. Had to wait to be seated. But its worth a try if in Malacca.
